I'll try to keep my studio policies short and sweet.

Questions:
Please feel free to ask me for additional information or pictures if I've overlooked information which would be helpful to you. I try to answer e-mails within a day unless I'm on the road and away from a computer.

Payments:
Payments should be made when you place your order but I am always happy to work out special payment arrangements in advance.

Shipping:
Orders are shipped within 1-2 days after payment have been received and cleared which may take a few days for checks and money orders. Please check my seller ratings on Etsy...I make every effort to get your purchase to you as soon as possible.

Refunds:
Returns, exchanges, and refunds will be considered on a case by case basis. I sometimes overestimate s/h charges on oddball items but do refund any excess s/h fees collected.
