It is my policy to send a confirmation e-mail to you within 24 hours of your purchase. This is my way of thanking you, the awesome customer, and to let you know when your items will ship. (Just a common courtesy I think every customer deserves.) This is also to verify the shipping information to make sure your package goes to the correct person/location.

PACKAGING

I take pride in everything that leaves my workshop, including the packaging. Your purchase will be beautiful for yourself or for gift-giving every time.

All adornments purchased at Manoa Road will arrive to you wrapped in white gift tissue, nestled in a hand-sewn felt/fleece jewelry pouch with an organza ribbon bow.

All crochet accessories are carefully packaged in their own handcrafted box with care instructions.

SHIPPING

One of the good things about Paypal and Amazon is they afford protections to both the Buyer and the Seller for a transaction. Because of this, it is a GREAT IDEA to make sure your shipping address is correct and up to date on both Paypal and Amazon Payments.

If you would like your items sent to a different address (i.e., the address you provided to Artfire or a gift recipient) please tell me in the "Note to Seller" box upon checkout.

If I notice a discrepancy in shipping addresses (because I am usually OCD about stuff like this) a number of reasonable attempts will be made to contact you via e-mail.

Domestic Customers

Purchases less than $40 are shipped via USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation. (5-7 days).

Shipping will be upgraded to USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation (2-3 days) on purchased items totaling $40 or more.

International Customers

All purchases are shipped via USPS International First Class Mail. International customers please note, you are responsible for any import taxes charged or duties due to your home country.

Other shipping options are available for international shipping, including USPS Priority Mail International which is a flat rate of $11.45 to Canada/Mexico and $13.45 to All Other Countries. If you would like to request this shipping option, please leave me a "Note to Seller" and I can invoice you for the difference.
