Shipping will be done via USPS . I ship within 24 hours of when the order is placed. I will send you the tracking number of the package sent. Sun catchers are all shipped via priority mail in rigid boxes to protect them during shipping. All international shipping will be invoiced for the exact amount of shipping cost. I am not responsible for any packages that get lost in the mail however I will refund or make exchanges if items arrive damaged if you send them back. (Returning items will be at your cost but I will not charge further shipping if I'm fixing or exchanging the item) Your satisfaction in the creativity and quality of the work is my biggest priority and I am very happy to work with you and be flexible during the entire creation/transaction process.
