Thank you for visiting my shop. I am an avid gardener and grow all of the flowers and plants that I photograph. For complete artistic and quality control, I do my own digital image processing, printing, and production. Most of the images can be printed in any size up to 11"x14". Cropping will vary slightly at each size. Larger quantities of note cards and prints are available. All items are created in a smoke-free, pet-free home. Please keep in mind that actual colors may vary slightly from those viewed on your monitor. Sales tax will be applied to purchases made by Minnesota residents. Shipping: I will usually ship your order 1-3 business days after receiving your payment, by USPS First Class Parcel mail. All items will be carefully packed for safe delivery. Shipping fees include the cost of packing materials. Expedited shipping is available. Please contact me for pricing. I occasionally offer free shipping based on First Class mail rates. If you need expedited shipping during a free shipping promotion, extra fees will apply. International orders are shipped via First Class International mail. International customers are responsible for all fees associated with shipping to their respective countries. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond my original delivery estimates. Refunds and Exchanges: I am confident that you will be happy with you purchase. If there is a problem with your order, please contact me within seven days of delivery and I will make every effort to resolve the issue. - Damaged items may be exchanged or refunded upon proof of damage. Proof of damage may be either a photograph of the item and packaging, or return of the item. - Items in original, salable condition may be exchanged or returned for a refund. The new item or refund will be sent upon return receipt of the original item. - Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees.
