All items will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving order by UK Royal Mail First Class Mail or Air Mail. If you are ordering more than one item and priority mail is a cheaper option, we will ship by priority and refund you the difference.

The cost for postage and packing is based on the goods in your shopping cart and the delivery destination. As a rough guide, for a delivery address within the UK, you will have the choice of either Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class Recorded Delivery, Royal Mail Special Delivery or APC courier service. A signature will be required upon receipt. If you require your order urgently, we suggest that you choose Special Delivery option which is a guarantee next day service. For a delivery address outside the UK, we use the Royal Mail Airmail. Delivery is usually within three days to Western Europe, four days to Eastern Europe and five-seven days for the rest of the world, following the day of posting.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within five business days of receipt of your purchase. Once we have received the item and determine that it is still in excellent condition and that we can relist the item for sale, we will issue a credit.
