I accept most credit and debit cards through both PayPal and ProPay. Your order will be shipped to the address you have provided to PayPal or Pro Pay. That is the address I must ship to, so please check it carefully. In the case of a gift that you might wish to have shipped to a different address, we would be happy accommodate you as long as you indicate it as the shipping address at the PayPal or Pro Pay checkout. If you run into any problems with your payment checkout, please contact me and I will guide you through.
Most items are in stock and shipped out the next day, though it can occasionally take up to 3 days for me to get to the Post Office. All orders that are shipped to addresses within the USA are sent via USPS First-Class Mail Parcel rate with Delivery Confirmation. Orders of merchandise totaling $75 and higher are insured through www.insurepost.com, a private insurance carrier with an excellent reputation for speedy claim service. Most packages seem to arrive in 3-5 business days after they are shipped.
Tax info for ARIZONA RESIDENTS ONLY: In an effort to keep our fine state financially solvent, 6.6% Arizona sales tax will be added at checkout.
We do ship internationally to many countries. Please contact me for international shipping cost quote prior to ordering.

International orders are sent USPS First-Class International Parcel with insurance from www.insurepost.com, a private insurance carrier with an excellent reputation for speedy claim service. Most international packages seem to arrive within 2-3 weeks, but please be aware that the potential does exist for it to take longer, especially if something gets delayed in customs. I've only ever had a few packages ever get delayed, but it did once take 3-4 weeks to get a package to Canada.
International customers are responsible for all duty tariff or VAT fees related to their purchase and we are not able to mark shipment as gift or declare a lesser merchandise value on the tax form. If you need to know what import or VAT taxes your country will charge you in advance, please consult your Post Office or government tax office.
I package my beautiful jewelry VERY carefully. I generally ship smaller pieces in a white cotton-filled gift box with a cheery bow placed within a padded mailer. The larger and more elaborate pieces are wrapped in tissue paper, placed in a new, colorful and theme-related cookie tin and then into a padded mailer. I'm committed to recycling and occasionally use vintage re-purposed lithographed cookie tins if they have enough WOW factor.
Photography and Item Description
I do my very best to provide accurate item descriptions and photographs. However, because each item is handmade, the actual item may differ slightly from photograph. Also, because of variations in monitor configuration, the colors of the online picture may vary slightly from the actual item.
I want every customer to be happy with every purchase. If, for whatever reason you are not COMPLETELY satisfied with the item you receive, please contact me within three days of receipt so that we may work out a mutually agreeable solution. Returns on unused new condition merchandise only, please. In order to protect returned merchandise, please carefully repackage it and ship it back in as much of the original packaging as is practical. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges, unless the return is caused by a mistake on my part.
I guarantee my jewelry against defects in workmanship. It is extremely unlikely that one would ever need to return one of my pieces, but should there ever be a problem, please contact me and let me know the nature of the problem. I will provide a return shipping address, will repair or replace at my discretion and will reimburse you for your shipping and insurance costs for the return.
