US customers:
- For now I offer "FREE GROUND SHIPPING" with insurance and/or tracking number via UsPS or Fed Ex.
Of course shipping and handling is "FREE" only if you keep the item and do not return it.

Items will be shipped from my studio in New York within 48 hours after payment has been cleared.

- If you request a "rush shipping" , please let me know and in this case, I will give you a usps quote and YOU pay for shipping.

- I will ship to your address on file unless notified otherwise

- If item is received damaged because of shipping (accidents are unpredictable), please immediatly take pictures and contact me.

- If you are a local buyer, we can arrange for pick up or hand delivery too. Let me know.

International customers:
- I will gladly ship anywhere in the world!

- You will pay for the shipping with insurance and tracking.
I suggest you ask me for a quote before you PAY for the item.

- You (the buyer) are responsible for any/all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties ect associated with the purchase/shipping of the item to your respective country should they incure at the time of delivery.
I will not be held responsible for items damaged by customs. Please refer to your country's import regulations.

- if the item is damaged because of shipping, the insurance you take should pay for it.

Refunds and Exchanges
US customers:

YES !!! I do accept RETURNS ( no exchange)and I will gladly REFUND you granted the item is in the very same "new condition" I shipped it to you free of stain, scratches, damage, discoloration ect...

BUT:
- I'd appreciate you let me know within 3 days after delivery, so we can work it out, and it should be shipped back to me within 8 days after delivery.
- Of course YOU will pay for shipping the item back to me.
- I will need you to package the item the same "safe and secure" way in a sturdy box with protective fillers.
- You will need to take an insurance on shipping with tracking number as well and provide me with the information when you ship the item back to me.
- my US shipping is "FREE" only if you keep the item, so I will deduct from your REFUND the shipping that I paid AND also I will deduct from your refund 15% restocking fees to cover all my expenses associated with this sale.

International customers:

I am sorry but, for now, I do not accept any return or exchange.
So please, lets communicate as much as you need to make sure that the item you are buying from me is what you really want.
