PURCHASES:

For domestic buyers, we accept all major credit cards through PayPal, checks and money orders. All checks must clear and items paid in full before shipping. International buyers must use PayPal only. Payment is expected upon completion of checkout. If there is a problem or you would like more time, please don't hesitate to message us.

Florida Residents pay tax. Sorry, we don't charge it, just collect it.

SHIPPING:

We make every effort to get your purchase in the mail, via USPS First Class, within 5-10 business days of receiving your cleared payment. However, as some jewelry is made to order, we ask that you please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery before contacting us. Packages are hand delivered to the post office twice a week, after which we assume no responsibility for lost or delayed items if you have not requested insurance. If you would like to insure your package, please message us for an adjusted invoice prior to paying.

International shipments may take longer to be received and we can not be responsible for delays as we have no control over Customs, nor control over lost or stolen items, and use only the postal receipt as proof of shipment. If you want Global Priority shipping, please add $9.00 to your payment.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:

We understand how difficult it can be to buy from the Internet and your satisfaction is very important to us. Please understand that our items are handmade, often delicate and precious to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase (for whatever reason) you can return the item/s undamaged, in original condition, with the security tag attached, within 7 business days of receiving them for a refund, credit or exchange. Before returning the item/s, you must notify us via email. We will send you full instructions on how to return the item/s to us. Items sent back without prior approval may be returned to the sender.

Item/s may be exchanged up to 30 days after shipment for full refund less shipping, item/s of equal value or credit up to full value to use exclusively in this store. No refunds or exchanges after 30 days.

CUSTOM ORDERS:

If you like one of our designs, but the item is sold or you would prefer it in a different color or size, or you have your own design ideas, please contact us for a no obligation quote. Since everything is handmade, we cannot guarantee that we can reproduce items marked as sold with exactly the same shape, size or color components, however we will ensure that it is as close as possible to the original design. For made-to-order rings please provide your ring size, or measure (quite tightly) the knuckle of the finger you wish to wear the ring on. We will endeavor to complete custom orders as soon as possible, however this will depend on the materials required and the complexity of the design. The maximum order time would be no more than 3 weeks. Please note custom-made items are NOT returnable. A deposit of 50% of the estimate will be required to proceed with the order. Payment in full is due before item can be shipped.

WARRANTIES:

MikiCat Designs can make no warranties or guarantees that any components contained in our designs is 100% lead free, unless otherwise written. Please assume that there may be trace amounts of lead in any item containing a pewter component and it is not safe for children. Unless specifically stated, none of our jewelry is for children under 12. Care should be taken when purchasing items for minors.
