REFUNDS: I do not offer refunds on my personalized items because they are made especially for you. If there is a problem with the order please let me know and we will see what we can do to correct the problem. If I made an error and it was my fault I will replace the item at no expense to you. If the error was on your part I will replace at your expense.
SHIPPING: Most of my orders are shipped via 1st class mail if they are under 1 lb. or Priority mail if over 1 lb. So far I haven't shipped anything over a pound outside the US so not sure how they go international over a pound.
CUSTOM ORDERS: I am always happy to do custom orders and some of my best ideas have come from them. Please feel free to contact me if there is something you would like me to make for you.
