In the USA I ship by fully insured USPS Priority Mail including tracking.

Internationally I ship by USPS Global Express that includes $100 insurance an tracking. At your request I can increase the insurance for an additional charge.

I always ship "insured" because once I ship the package I can no longer be responsible for delivery. After 20 years of shipping I have never had a package lost or damaged by USPS.

My international collectors need to be aware that their country may add on Duty Fees to their package. I have no control over these additional charges.

Return Policy: For the past 20 years I am delighted to say that my collectors have always been very happy with their Vintage Mink Teddy Bears or other animals that they have adopted from me. But if anyone should be disappointed in their adoption for any reason I will be happy to accept a Return for Credit toward another purchase (not including shipping costs). The item must be returned in original condition with all of the paperwork and original packaging within one week. Please contact me before shipping any returns.
