Products will be shipped within the next two days of purchase. Shipping may take up to 14 work days through Canada Post, worldwide. To pay by "money order" please contact me first, to make sure we can get an adequate arrangement. (Montreal buyers can use this payment option to meet me in person and pay CASH, in which case, you will not be charged shipping fees.) If for some reason the product is not to your liking, or if something is wrong with it, you may mail it back and I will refund your purchase. The extra shipping cost for returning the product will NOT be refunded. If you see something you like but would prefer it in another colour, send me a message about it and I'll let you know if it is possible, at that time, to customize the product for you. Remember that all products are handmade in a smoke-free, animal-friendly environment.
