[Payment/Shipment]

I accept paypal payments and money orders only.

**We do NOT ship internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico - shipping to the lower 48 states only.**

I ship via UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail. I can also provide a purchased Delivery Confirmation (USPS). Because all baskets are custom-made by the buyer, all sales are final - no refunds or exchanges. Your order will be shipped within 72 hours of confirmation of payment; unless a special request has been made, the item which will be shipped as soon as possible. Please remember that because each item is handcrafted, no item will be the same and thus each are one of a kind.

[Delivery Note]

Hand/local/pickup delivery is not available as we rely on third party carriers to ship your order. Please understand that circumstances outside our control may occur, which may cause your shipped package to arrive one or two days before or after your requested delivery date.

Some delays may include but not limited to are: weather, holidays, rural area constraints, lack of response by recipient, product availability, invalid delivery date entered, incorrect address information entered; in addition if the incorrect address information is entered additional delivery fees may apply.

It is strongly recommended that you purchase and track your order yourself and, if necessary, contact your local post office for a detailed information about the delivery status. Please note that Modern Crafts® does NOT take any responsibility for troubles in the delivery process.

If the parcel is lost in the delivery process, please contact the local post office first. When the parcel is sent back to us with no fault on our side, we would have to ask the customer to incur the shipping cost again for the second delivery.
