All items are fully guaranteed for defects in workmanship or materials, excluding normal wear-and-tear or physical abuse such as dog's teeth, truck tires or hammers.
Items may be returned for a full refund or exchanged for products of like value within 30 days of receipt. If the item is a gift, please specify when you purchase, so the recipient may return or exchange if they need to. If the item is returned for defects, shipping will be free. If the item is returned for preference, a small shipping fee will be charged.
Items may be re-sized for a small fee.
Items will be shipped within 5 business days of purchase. Please specify if you would like the item gift-wrapped.
Custom work will be negotiated via email or phone if you prefer.
