I try to package all my items in as environmentally friendly manner as possible. This includes using repurposed chipboard; biodegradable, plant-based cellophane; cotton bags; hemp; and other creative packaging solutions. I'm always looking for ways to improve, so if you have suggestions or just want to comment on my packaging, please do!
I use recycled/reused packaging whenever possible. I make every effort to purchase only recycled and recyclable packaging and do not generally use any poly/styro materials (bubble wrap, bubble mailers, peanuts...). If you need a bit of extra weatherproofing on your package, please let me know!
I do my best to keep my prices reasonable, however I haven't perfected it quite yet! If it's way off in your favor, I do refund! Need an exact quote for multiple items or international? Just send me a note! I ship Monday through Friday, usually within 2 business days for in stock items, and generally use USPS First Class for small items and Priority for larger items. If you have special shipping needs, please contact me.
I do offer international shipping. I do not, however, know everything that a country allows and does not allow, so please know what your countries laws are before you buy. For example, I do know that I should not ship branch products to Australia (sorry!). I do heat the branches at 250F + for a minimum of 1 hour to kill any nasties, but I do not treat them in any other way. I cannot be responsible if your item is held in quarantine or rejected by customs officials. International buyers are completely responsible for any taxes, fees or duties incurred. I DO NOT mark "gift" for merchandise and I DO list the actual value of the item(s). I make NO exceptions. I ship international orders using USPS First Class International. If you prefer another method, please contact me. I cannot be responsible for lost shipments or shipments held up in customs. If you wish to purchase insurance, please let me know!
Refunds & Exchanges:
I really hope you are happy with your order, but if you are not, I want to know about it. I will accept returns (minus shipping costs) if you contact me within 2 weeks, and if the item is in the same condition as at the time of sale. If you become dissatisfied with my product at a later date, please contact me and we will try to work something out, I definately want happy customers!
We are a household that loves animals, in fact, we even foster for our local Humane society. However, we do not smoke or use harsh chemicals in or around our home, we strive to live in balance with the environment by being as "green" as possible. We do have dogs, cats, frogs, a turtle (outside) and some fish, however they are all pretty old and mostly just lie around all day (except the fish - they still swim!).
