All of our items are packed with extreme care and shipped within 2-3 days after payment is received. Paypal, Amazon Payments and money orders are accepted as method of payment. Mugzee strives for customer satisfaction. Return Policy is as follows: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify me within 3 days of having received your item. Your money will be refunded less paypal fees, packing and shipping costs after the item is returned to MugZee.
