Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be happy with your purchase made here at MyGemStoneBox. I will be happy to refund your money if you are unhappy with the purchase for any reason within 30 days of order. Money transfer will be made as soon as I receive the returned item. If an item is returned after the 30 day mark, a store credit will be issued. I insure packages over $100. If the total value of your package is less than $100 and you wish to have your package insured contact me and we can negotiate pricing. If you wish to get pricing for rush shipments please contact me. I track the package to be sure you recieve your order and will advise if I see any issues with the shipment. International orders are also available. For International Buyers: Keep in mind that you are responsible for CUSTOM FEES etc.
