o All copyrights of my photo manipulations are art form that belonged to Jennifer Caro Hyman and I retain all the rights to use the photo manipulations i did for creating promotional tools
However, I will NEVER sell any of your reference photos or final products to any third parties Even though I hold all the rights for my paintings, I will always ask my customers permission written permission to do so.

o All photo manipulations and drawings are for PERSONAL USE only!

o You may NOT sell the digital and/or printed images of final manipulations for commercial purpose.

o You are NOT allowed to make any profit out of my work unless you purchase a commercial use only copyright from me

o Payments must be recieved within 24hours of purchase. Otherwise your order will be cancelled.

o No refund will be given for photo manipulations or paintings. However, I will work on it until youre satisfied with the result.

o Any drastic changes over the approved photo manipulations will be subject to additional fees.
