PAYMENTS: Payments are accepted through PayPal. You may use Visa, Mastercard, or Discover as well. Payment in full is required before item is shipped. SHIPPING: All items are shipped via United States Post Office via First Class Mail within 24 hours with the exception of custom orders which require 48-72 hours. I will let you know approximately how long it will be before your item is ready to be shipped. If you are in need of faster delivery, convo me and it can easily be arranged. REFUNDS & EXCHANGES: Please remember that all items are hand made with care and precision and that each item is unique. I aim to please! Therefore, if for some reason you are not thrilled with your creation, I will happily consider a refund. For refund requests, email Sherri directly at rscrilly@comcast.net. Please include the reason you are requesting a refund. All refund requests must be made within 7 days from receipt and instructions will be emailed back to you, along with a Refund Authorization Form.
