Texas buyers will have 8.25% tax added to their order.
All payments must be made within 3 days of purchase. I will send a payment reminder convo and/ or email to the buyer after 24 hours if a payment has not been received or scheduled & I haven't been contacted. If a purchase remains unpaid after three days, the item(s) will be re-listed and negative feedback will be left for the non-paying buyer.
I promise to pack every order appropriately for shipping. My Supplies Source is not responsible for damage or loss of packages/ items during shipping. All claims must go through the shipping carrier.
Upon customer request, I will ship items in flat rate boxes. If you want to purchase a bunch of items and save money with flat rate shipping, just convo me & we'll work it out! As there isn't an option to list multiple shipping methods to the same destination, I don't have this information in my listings.
All items shipped from My Supplies Source will be shipped via the USPS, FedEx, or UPS, depending on the weight and will have either a delivery confirmation or tracking number, depending on the shipping method:
* USPS shipments: I usually use this method for shipments under 1 LB. This type of shipment includes a delivery confirmation number, which will be emailed to you when your item(s) is/ are shipped. This is not a tracking number; it only allows both the buyer and seller to see when an item has been delivered. The delivery confirmation number does not give the buyer or seller any rights to receive compensation for damages or loss during shipping. The only way the USPS will compensate for damage to or loss of a package is if shipping insurance has been purchased. Shipping insurance is $1.75 for the first $50. I recommend the purchase of shipping insurance, but do not require it.
* FedEx and UPS shipments: I usually use one of these methods for shipments weighing over 1 LB. Lately, FedEx Ground has been the most economical method for shipping within the US. Insurance MAY be included by these companies, up to certain purchase amounts.

For orders needing to arrive by a certain date: PLEASE contact me BEFORE making a purchase to ensure that I can meet your deadline. I will let you know whether or not I can meet your deadline with standard shipping (which is included in the listing). Rush shipping is available for an additional charge (2 Day, Overnight, etc) if that service is needed. Messages in the "note to seller" section will not guarantee shipment by a certain date, nor will that guarantee that the buyer will receive the order by a certain date.For ALL orders, even those with an approved deadline, I cannot guarantee shipping times with any carrier. For orders with a shipping deadline, I will ship on or before the agreed upon date, taking into account the published transit times, and the rest is up to the chosen shipping carrier.

Buyers must contact me by convo or email no later than 7 days after receipt of the item in the event that merchandise is to be returned for whatever reason.
Under my "buyers remorse" policy, items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of receipt for a refund of purchase price of the item(s) only. Buyer is to pay for return shipping, and the original shipping cost is not refunded. For domestic shipments (within USA), tracking is mandatory for the return shipment, and is free for first class packages if postage is purchased online from the USPS. For international shipments, tracking is highly recommended as I cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit. Buyers name, address, order number, and transaction number must accompany the return so that the refund is credited to the correct person. Merchandise to be returned must be carefully packed and in the same condition as sent.
"Buyers remorse" means that the item is being returned for reasons that are not due directly to my error. For example: buyer changed their mind, does not like the item, color not suitable, etc.
I will refund the full purchase price (item & original shipping) plus return shipping only if it can be shown that an incorrect item was sent or that an item has been damaged in transit. Evidence to support such claims are required. Damaged items must be reported to me within 48 hours of receipt via convo or email.
If an item should arrive damaged and the damage is reported to me within 48 hours of receipt and suitable photographic evidence is provided, a refund (including original shipping) may be processed at my discretion without it being necessary to return the item. Receipt is deemed to be the time at which the package is shown by the tracking to have been delivered to the buyers address.
I cannot accept responsibility for returned merchandise that is lost or damaged in transit and I do not refund for such. In this case, buyers must claim a refund from their postal carrier. They should therefore select an insured/tracked shipping option and be sure to obtain and retain proof of postage.
Items returned from outside the USA must be clearly marked on the customs label as "returned merchandise" so as not to cause import duty. Should I be required to pay such charges through failure to observe this condition, the amount will be deducted from any refund regardless of the reason for return.
Custom items are not returnable.
