MY PROMISE TO YOU

ALL OF MY CANDLES ARE HANDPOURED, HIGHLY FRAGRANCED, AND 100% HANDMADE WHICH MAKES THE BEST SMELLING CANDLES ANYWHERE. I USE ONLY QUALITY PRODUCTS AND 100% LEAD-FREE WICKS. ALL OF MY PRODUCTS ARE FRESHLY POURED AND HAVE NOT BEEN STORED FOR A LONG TIME.
Payment
For your convienence I accept the following payments:

Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, ProPay and Money Orders. Also, Amazon Payments and Google Checkout and Pay Quicker.

For credit cards, I will process your credit card through a secure server via ProPay. Even if you do not have a ProPay account, I can still process your credit card through ProPay.

Shipping
I will make every effort to get all my products shipped to you within a week, but larger orders may take longer to process since orders are made to order.
Refunds and Exchanges
My goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your candle, please contact me to discuss your complaint. Before any refunds or exchanges can be made, the original unused portion of the candle must be returned.
All of my packages leave my company very well packaged and in excellent condition. If you receive a package that has damage to it, you must report it to USPS or UPS for a refund. I cannot refund money for damaged shipments.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY


Delivery ~ Please allow 6 to 10 business days for your order to be made and shipped as it is homemade. During the Months of November and December which are my busiest months, delivery times will be longer due to the increased volumes of orders for Thanksgiving and Christmas. To receive your order before Christmas, please order by December 7th.


Lighting a candle has many risks associated with an open flame. The owner of MYLINGY'S PURR-FECT CANDLES is in no way responsible for any accidents, adverse reactions, or damage to property or persons that may occur from the use or misuse of our candles. Warnings are present on each candle and on my website under the "Candle Tips" section. Please review all of the warnings before lighting candles and make sure everyone in your household understands them.
