Since our customers are our biggest fans, we work to make sure you are happy. If you love your new knots, tell your friends. If you aren't let us know. Our preferred method of payment is Paypal though we accept payment by check or money order as well. We will ship lowest cost carrier between US mail and UPS. With few exceptions, our work ships for $2.00 per piece with only 50c for each additional to the US and Canada. International buyers only pay $3.00 per item and $1.00 each additional. International buyers, please pay attention to your import rules. All items are shipped to properly protect your treasure during shipment. All accessories are shipped sealed in a small poly-bag to protect from weather during shipping. Once sealed we package them with your receipt in a properly sized bubble mailer. We respect your purchase and do our best to ensure it arrives safely to your door. Everyone is concerned about sizes. Turks Heads (sailor bracelets) are very forgiving about size because of their flexibility. If for some reason the size you requested doesn't fit right, let us know. We accept returns or exchanges if they don't fit or for any other reason, but please let us know the reason. In the event of shipping problems we will provide tracking numbers, ship dates or anything else that will assist in locating the package.
