SHIPPING: Many of my items are created according to your wishes, and so shipping may take anywhere from 2 days to 4 weeks, depending on whether you ordered a custom item, payment method, and how Many orders I have to process. Rest assured that each piece you ordered has been or will be lovingly and masterfully crafted to meet and exceed your expectations! LOCAL CUSTOMERS: If you are a local customer, and would like to pick up your order, I will refund your shipping cost when you pick up your item! REPAIRS: If your item breaks due to a defect in craftsmanship or accidental injury, I will repair it at no cost to you. Ship it to me (or bring it in if you are local), and I will repair it ASAP and have it back to you in short order, with return shipping on me! *Note*: Normal wear and tear is to be expected after a while, especially when items are warn frequently or exposed to the elements. This is not covered by our free repair guarantee. RETURNS: If you are unsatisfied with your item, you may return it within 5 days for a full refund or replacement (if return is not due to item defect, the item must be returned to me in the same condition it was when I shipped it to you), and within 10 days for store credit. Under special circumstances (contact me), you may still be able to receive 1/2 credit.
