SHIPPING:
We ship worldwide using the United States Postal Service: saving our customers $$$ over most other shipping methods.
RETURNS:
Returns are happily accepted under the following conditions:
1. You must call us at (925) 689-7429 or e-mail us at sales@fo-shizzle.com with the following information:
* Full Name
* Shipping Address
* Reason for Return
2. All returns must be postmarked back within 7 days of receipt, using the original form of postage in which the item was originally shipped, and in its original condition including any gift boxes and packaging materials.
3. Return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser and is not refundable.
4. Upon receipt and inspection of the item, you will be credited via PayPal or issued a store credit toward future purchase, whichever you prefer.
For custom orders, we require a 20% deposit (non-refundable). Balance will be due in full upon completion of the order.
