I accept Paypal, Credit Cards (through Paypal), or money orders. Sorry but Bank-transfers and personal checks are not accepted.
Shipping

Shipping time after payment received is usually 2-3 business days, depending on my Emery Pincushion stock levels.If you need your items faster please convo me and I'll try my best.

I will combine shipping on multiple purchases, even between my shops.

Emery Grain is very heavy and I ship with USPS priority mail. Buy more than 1 cup and I'll charge you the same shipping cost as if you only bought one. The more you buy, the more you save on shipping - you don't pay for extra shipping! For international I can send up to 3 1/2 cup with same priority price and for domestic I can send up to 6 cups for the same price! I don't charge any handling fee for this item!

Emery Pincushions ships with USPS First Class Parcel Post (3-5 business days)

I have all the tracking information but because of the high volume orders I couldn't send tracking information every time. If you'd like to get tracking number please just let me know.
Refunds and Exchanges

Every customer, and his or her opinion, is important to me. I want every Emery Pincushion I make to be perfect. If any aspect of the Emery Pincushion you receive is not to your complete satisfaction, please contact me via convo or email and I will endeavor to put things right. Bear in mind that the color on your monitor may vary slightly to the color Emery Pincushion you receive.
