I ship mon-sat. 5-7 days after payment is received. I usually use priority mail, unless extra large box, then I send parcel post. Large order may take 2-3 weeks.

Refunds are issued when products are returned in good conditions, if product is damaged during shipping, let me know and I will make a replacement or give a refund.
