Shipping
All purchases ship USPS First Class Mail unless otherwise specified. Confirmation delivery and rush delivery are available upon request for an additional charge.

All items (excluding custom orders) ship within four business days . If you need your purchase expedited quickly, I will try and accomodate your request. Timing on custom orders will be provided upon specific inquiry.

Packaging
All items are packaged in the most environment-friendly manner that ensures safe delivery. Recycled items are limited to card board, envelopes, tissue paper and bubble wrap. All recycled materials are clean and allergan-free. Please specify upon checkout if you would prefer to receive your item (s) in non-recycled packaging.

In addition, all jewelry and accessories are packaged in clear reseable bags and placed into organza bags before being packaged for shipping. Kraft boxes and gift wrapping are available upon request.

Refunds and Exchanges
In the event an item arrives damaged, a replacement or refund will be rewarded. Otherwise, refund and exchange requests will be considered on a order by order basis. Please email naturemanipulated[at]hotmail[dot]com if you have any concerns.
