Welcome! Thank you for stopping by my shop! Please contact me if you have any questions regarding the items in my shop, or any of my shop policies. I want every customer to be happy with her/his order!
Payment:
Night Owl Jewelry accepts Paypal, Google Checkout, Amazon Payments, all major credit cards, personal checks, and money orders. If you are paying by personal check or money order, the items will be sent following clearance of the check by my bank. To order using your credit card you can either use Paypal, or send me an email with your cc #, expiration date, and zip code. You can also fax it to 808-236-3938.
Shipping:
I generally use insured first class mail. If you want your items faster, we can arrange for priority or even express mail, at an additional cost to you. Contact me for more information. First class mail in the US is quite quick -- usually 4-5 days.
International customers: I do not pay any customs fees - you are responsible for any fees your country may charge you.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Customer satisfaction is important to me. If you receive an item and don't like it, I am happy to accept returns or exchanges. Please contact me for return instructions before you send the item, at nightowljewelry@me.com. I will also refund or exchange items that were damaged in transit. Please contact me, and send the item back. Refunds or exchanges will be issued only following receipt of the item. I refund only the cost of the item, and not any shipping charges. If you send the package back please use Delivery Confirmation, to ensure that you and I can track your package. I do not provide refunds on items that I never receive due to postal errors, etc.
If a package I send you is lost in transit, I will replace the item(s), following inquiry with the post office. I use delivery confirmation on all USA orders. Most USA and International orders are insured.
All items are inspected prior to shipping, since they are hand made. In the unlikely chance that something breaks while you are wearing it, I am happy to repair it. Just send the item back to me and Ill fix it and return it to you at no cost. I will pay the return postage.

Wholesale: I can give a discount if you wish to order in wholesale quantities. Contact me to discuss wholesale options. However, I cannot accept returns on bulk orders.
