You can make your payment with a credit card directly from my shop, or you can pay through PayPal, whichever you prefer. If you pay with a credit card, it will show as a payment made to Night Sky Jewelry on your credit card statement. *SHIPPING: Pick-up is not available. Unless you specifically ask me to do otherwise, purchases paid through PayPal will be shipped to your verified PayPal address. Please make sure that the correct address is listed there, and that you select it during the payment process. You can add multiple addresses to your PayPal account, so if you like to have gifts shipped directly to your daughter, son, mom, dad, whomever, just add their address to your PayPal account, and select it as the "ship to" address when you make your payment. *DOMESTIC SHIPPING: I ship via USPS First Class Mail, insured with delivery confirmation. I charge a flat rate of $4.50 to the U.S. and Canada. No additional shipping charges on multiple purchases when paid for and shipped together in one gift box. Professional 3rd Party Shipping Insurance provided by InsurePost (Shipsurance) or by USPS. During Free Shipping promotions, only Domestic packages valued at $50 or more will be insured. NOTE: Multiple purchases will be shipped in one gift box. If you need a box for each item, please let me know. There is a .50 cent charge for each additional box. I will send a revised invoice indicating your new total. *INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Because of the complicated rules for shipping jewelry to some countries, I don't ship everywhere. If your country is not listed, please contact me. I will be happy to do some research and give you a shipping quote. I charge a flat rate of $5.50 for packages that can be sent by USPS First Class International mail.Countries that require shipment by Registered or Priority Mail will cost substantially more. Please inquire for a price quote. Professional 3rd Party Shipping Insurance is provided by InsurePost (Shipsurance). There are countries who don't allow jewelry to be sent in under any circumstances, so if you live in one of those, please don't ask me to bend the rules! The actual value of your purchase will be included on the customs form, no exceptions. Buyers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, etc. It is the buyers responsibility to know and abide by the import restrictions to their country from the US. *RETURNS: I try to make sure all my work is well represented by photo and description. Please read the listings carefully, and study the pictures before making a purchase! If you have further questions regarding size or length, please ask. As an artist who handcrafts each piece individually, accepting returns is always more difficult than it is for a department store. That said, if you find a problem with the craftsmanship or materials in jewelry you buy from me, let me know immediately so we can work together to come up with a solution. If a refund is in order, your return must be shipped within 7 days of receipt, unworn and in its original condition, and in its original gift box or pouch. If I haven't heard otherwise within seven days from when you receive your item(s) I will assume you are happy with the jewelry and consider the transaction finalized. Please, no returns without first contacting me! And please don't leave negative or neutral feedback without first talking to me about your concerns. I would always like the opportunity to correct the problem. Unless there is an error on my part, shipping fees will not be refunded, and buyer is responsible for return shipping including delivery confirmation. *CUSTOM ORDERS: Working with clients to create something just for them is one of the most satisfying things about being a jewelry artist. If you have something in mind, lets talk! I have a lot of gemstones on hand so if you're looking for something in particular, I might have it! If not, I can probably get it. A non-refundable 50% deposit may be required on custom orders unless I know you, or unless we've worked together before.
