SHIPPING: I ship as soon as payment clears via USPS. Since I use paypal, I include delivery confirmation on each package. You will receive a message with this number so you can track the progress of the package. Please make sure that the paypal address is correct. If Paypal has a different address than Artfire, I will send you a message to confirm which one is correct. **Please note: When shipping International, I will not mark a package as "Gift". While I love my customers, I really don't want to go to jail. So please understand is nothing against you, I just don't want to commit customs fraud. ***************** REFUNDS: I aim to please and if there is ever a problem, please contact me and I will work with you to settle any issue. I will refund the price of the item, less shipping charges. The refund will be processed after the item has been returned back to me. I will exchange items, this should be discussed on a case by case basis due to the difference of my pieces. ***************** CUSTOM ORDERS: Custom orders are very welcome. I am more than happy to do specialized pieces including bridal party pieces. I do require a 10% deposit. The remainder of the total will be due upon final completion and approval. ***************** ALTERATIONS: I can resize and alter many of my pieces. If you need any kind of alterations, please just let me know and I can make the changes. The alterations that I can perform are; changing clasps, adding and removing length, changing gemstone, changing colors and changing metals. Please send me a message detailing what you would like so I can check my stock. ***************** TIME: Need something fast? I can expedite shipping if you need something in a hurry. I can also make special pieces should you need something quickly, this is only if I have the right materials on hand. *All custom work is based on what materials I have on hand. I will gladly order the proper supplies so I can get you what you need. There will be a slight turnaround time for the supplies to get to me, this mainly applies to the chainmaille as I have to order my rings.
