I am a stay at home mother of two children and a dabbler in fused glass, metal working,lampwork and of course my alphabet letter photo art. I am lucky enough to have a supportive husband that will allow me to follow my whims and express the creative moments I have from day to day.

All prices are listed under each individual design, including shipping. There is a shipping discount with additional purchases.

I accept Paypal, Money Orders and Personal Checks made out to Nikki Vig. If you pay by personal check through the mail OR Paypal, please be advised that I will mail your order out AFTER the payment clears the bank.


¤¨¨¤ Shipping ¤¨¨¤
All purchases are mailed within 3 days. Not including holidays and weekends. Also, if you pay using Paypal and have used an echeck, we will both need to wait for the funds to clear before I will ship. I ship just about every photo between two pieces of carboard in white envelopes using the US Postal Service First Class Mail. For all framed works of art, I use US Priority flat rate mail. I will take great care to be sure your purchase is well protected.

¤¨¨¤ Insuring Against Loss ¤¨¨¤
I have been EXTREMELY lucky using the US postal service. I have only had 3 packages lost/misdirected in 8 years. However, if you choose not insure a higher value package, I will take out delivery confirmation. It only protects me. It proves I mailed it and you can't dispute the fact.

¤¨¨¤ Customs ¤¨¨¤
I will fill out the proper customs forms with the correct information. I WILL place the correct value and contents and WILL NOT mark it as a gift. Sorry, I play fair!

¤¨¨¤ Refunds ¤¨¨¤
I WANT you to be happy,it is my bread and butter! I will accept returns on non-custom orders minus a 20% restocking fee and the customer is responible for any return shipping. With custom work, please contact me with any concerns you have, I will always listen to your concerns and see if we can come up with a mutal understanding to the problem. I promise to address each of my customers on an individual basis to be sure they are happy.

I do expect that you will contact me within 3 days of receiving your order, please explain why you are disatified in anyway and I will contact you from there to address the situation.

¤¨¨¤ Wholesale ¤¨¨¤
If you are interested in any unframed, wholesale orders, please feel free to convo me with the item(s) you are interested in and the count. I will be happy to contact you back.

¤¨¨¤ Custom Orders ¤¨¨¤
I do take custom orders. Information will be gathered for the the custom order, a price will be quoted and a custom listing will be set up. A payment of 100% of the order incuding the shipping price will need to be collected before any work will be started.
