Payment
I accept PayPal or a US POSTAL Money Order (I will not accept any other kind of money order). There will be a waiting period of 7(seven) to 10(ten) days for E-checks to clear before I ship the item. Please be aware that I will not ship anything until the payment clears.

Shipping
I will ship USPS First Class at a cost of $2.95, paid by the customer.

I strongly recommend that the customer chooses to purchase insurance on the item.

If you prefer Priority Mail at $4.95, please let me know.

Returns
As many of my beads are one-of-a-kind, if something arrives damaged, I will try to replace the item with something as similar as possible. Please let me know within 14 (fourteen) days. It is the buyer's responsibility to send the broken item back before replacement.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please return the item within 7 days of receiving. The customer is responsible for purchasing Insurance and tracking for the trip back to ensure proper credit.

Custom Work
If you would like custom work done, please contact me and we'll talk about it. I do some custom work, including Memory Beads, which incorporate into a glass bead the cremated remains of a loved one.

There will be a fifty percent (50%) non-refundable deposit due prior to the work starting. The remainder of the balance is due upon customer approval of the item BEFORE it is shipped.
