NinasCD's Policies

Your garment will be custom made by hand with care. Each custom item is crafted upon ordering; jewelry items will ship within one week and garments within two. I do not compromise quality for quantity. All shipping costs are as specified and items over $50.00 ship via priority mail.

Jewelry and other items may ship via First class mail, again as specified. I do ship to Canada and overseas, please allow extra transit time for overseas shipping.

The item has been represented to the best of my ability. With the custom garments, all sales are final, I am willing to work with you to make certain that your garment, including sending photos during the crafting of custom garments, to assure everything meets your specifications before shipping to make certain you are thrilled upon opening your package. I strive for repeat customers and word of mouth so your satisfaction is one of my main goals.

Jewelry and non-custom designed items may be returned upon notification (within 3 days of receipt) in the original shipping packaging and condition.

DIY items may be returned in the condition in which they were received within 7 days. Refunds are not payable for shipping costs and the customer is responsible for return shipping.
