Payment

Ideally payment would be delivered within 3 days, but I understand that sometimes things come up that will prevent this. If this happens, please, just let me know. I promise to work with you whenever possible!

Shipping

I ship within the United States via USPS First Class Mail unless otherwise requested. Insurance is NOT included in the listed shipping rate, but if you would like it, please contact me before paying.

I am happy to ship internationally as well, shipping rates for all countries are listed at the bottom of each listing. If you are placing a large order, please contact me and I am will do all I can to get you a discounted shipping rate! Additionally, if you need something in a rush, please let me know and I can get you an expedited shipping cost quote.

I will do my best to ship all items within 48 hours of receiving payment. If you need expedited shipping, please let me know and I will do all I can to accomodate.

Refunds and Exchanges

I strive to make each and every person I sell to happy. If you are ever unhappy with your purchase, please let me know and I will do all I can to fix it. I will accept returns (and offer a refund) if necessary, but, unfortunately, I can't pay for return shipping.
