Please be sure to read my policies carefully. I hold to these policies, and unless arrangements are made with me personally, I do not make exceptions. These policies are in place to not only protect myself as a seller, but to also protect my clients. If you have any questions please be sure to contact me. :)
I accept payment in the form of personal check or money order, e-check, bank transfers, Paypal and Amazon Payments. Credit card payments are accepted through Paypal and Amazon Payments. If paying by check or money order, please make all payments payable to Amanda Williams.
Payment is due in full within 7 days of purchase, unless otherwise arranged. If payment is not received in full within the allotted time, I will cancel your order, re-post the purchased items, and return any payment that has been made towards your purchase.
Work on custom orders will not begin until payment is received in full.
All items will be shipped once payment has cleared.
I ship everything by USPS First Class Mail. If you prefer Priority Mail, just message me first and I will arrange it for the appropriate additional fee. The USPS estimates it takes from 2 - 5 days to be delivered. However, I do not guarantee what happens in the mail.
I ship all orders with Delivery Confirmation and you'll receive your tracking number the day the item is shipped. You can track your package at www.usps.com.
If you'd like extra insurance, or a different shipping class please message me prior to paying so that I can adjust your invoice.
What about International orders?
I send international packages by USPS international mail with a certificate of mailing. You will NOT receive a tracking number with this shipping option. If you wish to have your package registered with a tracking number (please note the tracking number does not track outside of the US) then please contact me prior to placing your order and I will create a special listing for you with appropriate shipping rates.
I do not guarantee a time frame on delivery for international deliveries due to customs processing. If you need your package to arrive by a specific date please contact me so that we can arrange for a different shipping class.
When is the item shipped?
I ship within 3 business days after payment has cleared. This means that I have received notification of a completed payment by Paypal or Amazon Payments, or in the case of check or money orders, that the check has been deposited and cleared by the bank into my account.
If there is ever a problem with getting your order to you within this time frame, I will let you know as soon as possible.
How are the Items packaged?
Each item is sealed in its own plastic baggie to avoid water damage during shipment. All items are tagged with handmade tags, and earrings are shipped on handmade earring cards.
If you order multiple items, you items will be shipped together, with each item being sealed individually.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, return it within 7 days of receipt and I will refund your payment (minus the shipping fees).
Please note that all sales on Clearance or Sale items are final.
I DO NOT take returns on earrings, however. Sorry, it just isn't sanitary!
Any custom work (any item that is not part of my usual inventory or is not currently listed in my studio is considered custom; modifications to existing items will be considered on a case by case basis) is NON-REFUNDABLE.
To avoid needing to return an item, read the descriptions carefully! They include measurements; and the pictures sometimes show scale. If you'd like additional photos please contact me.
Please check to make sure that the item is really the size you are imagining! I will make adjustments to lengths prior to shipping to avoid refunds, so if changes need to be made please send me a message with the length needed before or when you check out.
I will repair items that are damaged through normal wear if you message me about it, and you mail the item back to me within 60 days of receipt. I ask that you please pay the shipping fees for me to return your item to you.

I have sold my collections in spas and salons. I am willing to do consignment, negotiate a percentage of the sales, or a space rental if you'd like to "go small" and sell handcrafted artisan jewelry in your store by a local (or not so local) designer. Contact me at NiteDreamerDesigns@gmail.com
