DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Larger items are shipped via USPS Priority mail, insured, with free delivery confirmation usually within 1-2 days (usually 1) of receipt of cleared funds.

Small/light items ship via first class mail, insured, with free delivery confirmation usually within 1-2 days (usually 1) of receipt of cleared funds.

All books ship via USPS media mail.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently, we do not offer International shipping in this store.

RETURNS
All sales are final, UNLESS we have sent the wrong item, or it is faulty in some way. Please contact me via email for returns or exchanges before returning anything so I can work with you :)). Buyer pays return shipping. Refunds do not include original postage or any insurance paid.

LAYAWAY

Our terms are: 10% down and 60 days to pay the balance. We accept payments through our PayPal account at nanations@aol.com.

If you have not managed to pay the balance by the end of the 60 day period, the item will be re-listed and any monies already paid will not be refunded.

Please note: Should you have a problem and will not be able to pay within the 60 days, please call Lesley (406-222-7190) and we will work something out for you.
