All regular orders are mailed USPS 3-day First Class Mail within 48 hours of receiving a cleared payment.

Your piece is warranted for one year from purchase. This warranty is limited to broken links due to defective materials. If links appear like they have been yanked or pulled the warranty is void. Missing/lost beads cannot be replaced as they were chosen for your particular piece and I may not be able to find others like them. However, it can never hurt to ask. You can always send a picture of the item you purchased and if I am able to replace the beads I would be more than happy to.
Customer is responsible for shipping item to me. Customer will pay $6.00 to cover shipping costs both ways, U.S. addresses only.
If a particular piece is to long or short for your liking, please don't hesitate to ask in the message area before I ship if it can be lengthened or shortened. Not all piece can be, but if it's possible I will do it for a nominal fee.

If you have an old piece of jewelry that's been sitting in your drawer and you don't wear it but might if it was re-created, send me a picture & I will let you know if I can do something with it & give you an estimate on what the price would be.
