We accept PayPal for purchases, and request that payment be made when the order is placed. Unworn dog bandanas may be exchanged for another size, or in some cases, returned. Please contact us first for authorization. Puzzles returned must be complete, and require an authorization first, please. We are happy to work with you to resolve any problems you have with an item you purchase from us.
