I ship via USPS for most orders Monday through Friday and shipping is free within the continental US! Custom orders generally ship via UPS, unless an alternative agreement is reached between myself and the buyer.

All custom order sales are final. If you order something that arrives damaged, please contact me so that we can arrange replacement. I do several picture exchanges for custom orders in order to ensure that you will be pleased with your purchase. I will do everything I can to make sure that your custom item is exactly what you want.

If you purchase a regularly-listed item and are unhappy with the quality, please message me to work out an exchange or refund of your purchase price. I want every customer of O. Sebastian to be entirely satisfied with their purchase.
