I hope this won't happen, but in the event you are not satisfied with you purchase, you may return it at your expense for shop credit or an exchange. NOTIFY OH I CAN ART STUDIO WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY. Pierced earrings and other body-piercing jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged. Custom orders also cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returned items must be securely packaged and in its original, new condition. Return postage will be at your expense.

I LOVE creating custom jewelry and look forward to creating a truly expressive piece of jewelry for you. A 50% deposit is required before work is started. Final payment is due before shipment. Pictures will be sent throughout the development period so you will know what to expect.
