Payment We regret any inconvenience, but our accountant prefers us to use our merchant account instead of PayPal. You can also use Amazon checkout, or send a check, cashier's check, or money order. ProPay allows the use of Visa gift cards if you prefer to utilize one for your online privacy. We do not get your banking or credit card information, just a notice that you have paid and the shipping address. Shipping We are happy to upgrade to priority or express mail, or to use UPS or FedEx for international tracking. Please enquire about insurance and delivery confirmation for any domestic (US) order. Thanks! Refunds and Exchanges A word on postal insurance. While we take every pain to ensure your parcel is well-packed and that it arrives safely and securely, occasionally something happens that is beyond our control. If the post office should eat your order and it was not insured, we cannot be held accountable for the damage. However, we will refund HALF your purchase price because that is the sporting thing to do. We lose and you lose, and some schmuck in the post office gets a nice free piece of jewellery. We could all go on a rampage against the postal workers together but it probably wouldn't make us feel better. Over the course of years, only one item of ours has ever gone astray, and it was a very inexpensive item that was easily replaced. The decision to insure or not rests solely with you. You may enjoy upgrading to priority shipping, which comes with a free tracking number. We use the smallest flat rate mailers which are very sturdy boxes about the size of a video tape (remember video tapes?). That they have to scan the tracking number may help your parcel from becoming machine food, plus it will arrive sooner. But we make no guarantees regarding the unpredictable behavior of postal workers. Additional Policies and FAQs We regret we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges. However, if your product breaks or the plating on a silver-plated item wears out, we will gladly fix it for free. Many of our items are short-run (depending on how many beads we bought) and may not be able to be replaced with identical beads, so if a necklace or bracelet breaks, please try to collect as many of them as possible. If we do not have identical beads we will replace them with similar beads that are the same or a greater value. We will be happy to provide options where possible. Occasionally we suffer disappointments in terms of silver-plated clasps and other findings. Mostly we give any "iffy" metal beads a stringent test, such as wearing a test bead through the Oklahoma summer, while exercising, while swimming, and occasionally while working on the car. If the bead stands up to this we feel confident that it will provide long-term delight to our customers. However, we tend to run through clasps very quickly and last year we were quite embarrassed to find that one of our suppliers began cutting corners unbeknownst to the customers, and the "silver" plating was not what it had been in prior batches. The plating wore through to reveal copper beneath. While we love copper, we did not love being surprised. Should this happen and you would like a replacement for that part, we will be happy to switch them out. If you love one of our items and would like the metals replaced with sterling silver or gold, we will be delighted to create that piece for you. Please convo for a quote. A deposit will be required for custom items. If you have metal allergies and would like a piece with no exposed metal, please email for options. In many cases we can bring you a satisfactory custom item. We will wholesale our merchandise to licensed resellers. Minimum order is $500. Please email for details.
