NOW ACCEPTING USPS Money Orders.I will ship as soon as I receive your payment (and I will email you that it is on it's way). NO Personal Checks, NO Business Checks, ONLY USPS Money Orders from the Post Office will be accepted.
All in stock (non-custom) orders are shipped within 3 Business Days (EXCLUDES: Sat, Sun & Holidays) after I receive payment!
CUSTOM ORDERS (Made to Order) normally run on a 7-10 day schedule before shipping. If you need it sooner, please convo me before ordering.
*All US Orders are shipped with Delivery Confirmation.
*Orders of $50.00 or more, ship with FREE USPS Insurance.
*Orders under $50.00, Insurance is available for $1.50, for the entire order. This is OPTIONAL & you need to REQUEST it.
***I am very sorry, but I cannot replace uninsured orders that are lost or damaged by USPS. Insurance does not cover shipping fees. If you would like your order reshipped, you will need to pay the additional USPS postage involved.
****I cannot be held responsible for items after they are shipped. I have no control over how the USPS handles things. If you are concerned about your order, and would like it to be replaced, if something should happen, PLEASE request insurance. Things CAN & do happen on occasion with the USPS. ESPECIALLY DURING THE HOLIDAY RUSH!!!
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If there are any problems with your order, please let me know immediately so I can get it straightened out for you. Sorry no refunds can be offered on Special, Custom or Extra Large (wholesale) Orders.
If you need to return an item, please contact us ASAP, so I know. All items need to be returned within 7 days of when USPS Confirmed Delivery, in the same new condition they were shipped in, at your expense. Original Shipping charges cannot be refunded!
Additional Policies and FAQs
I love to receive Special Custom Orders from you, just let me know what you are looking for (please be very specific, if requesting a certain yarn, I need: Brand, Name & Color) & I will be happy to do it for you, if possible. If I have the supplies already, I can have most custom orders done within 7-10 days or even less, I will let you know about how long it will be. Please note that, unless noted otherwise, all of my items are made with "4" or "5" Weight yarn.
