If you'd like your piece beautifully wrapped, you may purchase our gift wrapping option on our store. Customized or Personalized glassware is hand painted after payment is received. . Payment - We are currently using PayPal as your means of payment. You do not need a PayPal account to pay through PayPal. You can still pay with check or credit card using the PayPal system. Orders will not be shipped until payment is received. Shipping - We use UPS, Fedex, or USPS. For larger orders we will ship a method whichever is more cost efficient for you. Please contact us if you would like to add insurance, need overnight shipping or would like to upgrade to ground shipment. Each glass is wrapped in tissue, bubble wrap, and packing paper. . Since we've started doing our glassware and the word spread, we've shipped many of glasses without an issue all over the country. If your order is broken please contact us immediately to resolve the issue. We are not responsible for lost packages, let us know if you'd like to purchase insurance and make sure your mailing address on your account is accurate. Due to the custom nature of these products once payment is received, no refunds or exchanges are accepted. If there is an issue regarding your order contact us immediately so we can work things out. Our production time varies depending on whether seasonal or a quantity order.
