Returns are not accepted since all items are personalized but I will refund if there is any problem with your order due to an error on my part. To err is human, so if there is a problem, I only ask that you give me the opportunity to make it right if time permits.
I prioritize my order by date needed NOT by date ordered. At the time of check out or when submitting payment, please include personalization information and the date you need your order by.
Shipping quoted on most of my orders are for priorty flat-rate envelopes or boxes. If your order is not a food item and you prefer first class or parcel post, please let me know. I am always willing to work on finding the cheapest way to get your order to you safely.
Orders for chocolate favors placed between May and September will ONLY be shipped priority or express will require the purchase of ice packs to be included in the shipment.
