Dear Customer, I want you to be completely satisfied, comfortable and secure in making purchases from me, so I have gone into detail with my policies. If something is not clear I do hope you will give me the opportunity to make it so. Thank you, Pat Forms of Payment: Paypal: I accept payment from paypal. It is safe and fast and allows you to choose your payment method. You do not have to have a paypal account to make your purchase.Yes, you may use your credit card through paypal. Checks: I accept U.S. certified bank checks, and U.S. postal money orders. You will need to contact me first, so I will know what item you will want to purchase. It will be reclassified as a reserved listing with a balance due. I will ship after your payment has been received/cleared and mark your reserved listing as paid. Shipping: Free shipping for U.S. and Canada on all merchandise except original fine art paintings and drawings. Presently all merchandise will be shipped First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation via the US Postal Service to the address listed on your paypal payment. Orders will ship the same day Monday - Saturday if payment has been received by 12:00pm CST. After 12:00pm. CST orders will be shipped the next business day. (Monday through Friday with the exceptions of USA holidays). Deadline for Christmas shipping in U.S. only is 15 Dec. of any year. Sales Tax: Oklahoma residents need to pay sales tax based on delivery address. International customers: Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). International shipping profiles coming soon. I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond my original delivery estimates. International shipping profiles and delivery estimates for your country to be added before June of 2012. Returns and Refunds: Change of heart or dissatisfied: I will gladly refund your purchase, after notification of your intentions, within 3 business days of the delivery confirmation. The order needs to be returned in the original mailers, in original condition (unused and not worn), with a copy of the enclosed receipt/invoice within 14 business days of delivery confirmation. If these conditions are met there will be no problem with any refunds of this type. Regarding custom orders and lay-a-ways: A reserved listing will be made for 50% of the total price, after you contact me, with regards to which item you wish to purchase. A new reserved listing will then be made for the remaining balance or balances. Custom and Lay-a-way orders will ship only after balance has been paid and monies received. I cannot refund any personalized items that include initials, names, or personal pictures. Damaged or Lost: If your order was damaged, when you received it, or it never arrived, after the maximum due to arrive date; you will need to contact me within 3 business days of the delivery confirmation that I provide. This will give me time to start the processes with USPS and the insurance claim. In some cases a picture may be required by the USPS, which may be emailed to me. Regarding damage, I will refund the price of the purchase and any shipping you incur, after I receive the damaged order within 14 business days of the delivery confirmation that you provide. Regarding a lost order, you will need contact me no earlier than 5 business days after the maximum due to arrive date, then I will start the investigation with the USPS.
