I ship out very quickly and most of the time your item(s) will already be on their way once you realize you no longer want it. This just saves us both on any feedback issues or disappointments in sales/returns.

Balloon sales are final. I list exactly what you will be receiving and check my orders thoroughly before shipping out. I ship thru USPS First Class or Priority Mail within 1 business day of your cleared payments. Tracking is always included!

Accessories have a limited return/exchange policy as long as they have not been worn and are still new in their original packaging. Store credit is given in the event of a return. Unless we agree that there was a major faulty defect or the item was damaged in shipping (Pictures required of both the item and mailing envelope)
