Shipping: I ship worldwide. I often send overseas so please feel confident in buying from me. I usually send next day but definitely within 3 days of payment. UK: If more than 3 items are bought in the UK, Recorded Postage will be required on the first item price to cover the extra insurance. All subsequent items are still at the lower price. International: Packages are sent by normal airmail. Only 2 items per package. For 3 or more items please place separate orders for each set of 2 items. If I can get 3 or more in the weight allowance for that size package I will refund the difference. I can send insured and tracked for the actual extra price ($7.00) which is much quicker and safer. The postage price includes the cost of the packaging materials. I always obtain a Certificate of Posting as proof it has been sent. Returns: I am afraid I do not accept returns or exchanges as I only sell brand new unworn items. Unfortunately I have had returns in the past when the item has been worn so now I have had to adopt a no returns policy so that I can guarantee your item is brand new and unworn. Payment: I accept Paypal, Amazon and uncrossed UK postal orders. I am afraid I do not accept cheques as I do not live near my bank so it takes too long to clear a cheque. IMPORTANT Please contact me if you want to change the necklace on your pendant or you are buying more than 2 items so that I can change the listing price for you before you add it to your basket.
