I do my best to have a tight run ship when it comes to my business. Ive been selling online for seven years and do my best to keep my customers happy. I usually ship quickly, most times the very next day after payment. If you EVER have a problem with your item, email me and I will do my best to make it right.
Paypal, checks (remember,item will be shipped after check clears), money orders. If you have any special instructions, please place in your Paypal checkout.
Item will be shipped after payment clears. I will AUTOMATICALLY ship to whatever address is on Paypal as I go through them for your shipping label, so PLEASE make sure your Paypal shipping address and Artfire shipping address match. I will send as a gift to another address, its just that sometimes I dont catch that someone has moved, etc. and the addresses are different. I usually send out an email stating when I will ship. I usually have tracking on all items so they can be emailed to you and you can see where item is. I have had one incident that for some reason, it sat in the USPS warehouse for a couple of days, but regardless, I can usually track an item down if necessary.
If for some reason item is broken or damaged in transit or even lost, please email me at pendrag@sccoast.net. If you would like to exchange or be refunded for a broken item, I MUST have a digital photo of the broken item or item must be returned, shipping at your cost, within 10 days of receiving item (delivery confirmation confirms when you received the item). After proof of damage, I will exchange out the item, shipping at my cost, to you or will send you a refund check. Things do happen and Im a reasonable person that will do my best to make you happy.
