I usually ship same day once payment is received, except for Sunday. Most items are shipped USPS first class with a confirmation number if applicable.

I will do returns on certain items depending on the circumstance for the return, you must pay the return postage.

If you are not satisfied for whatever reason just email me and I am sure we can work something out. You come first in my business. Love my customers!

I can do custom work, just depends on what you have in mind. We would have to work out the details. I am thinking custom work as regards to sewing.
