PAYMENT: Currently I accept payment via PayPal or credit card. If you are paying with PayPal, the shipping address must be the same as your PayPal address. If you don't have a PayPal account and want to pay by credit card, no problem! Just check out using PayPal and then enter your credit card info. Please submit payment with your order. PLEASE NOTE: Customers in Texas must pay sales tax of 8.25%. Please wait for a revised invoice before making payment. SHIPPING: I ship via USPS First Class Mail which usually takes 2-3 business days, depending on how far it is. If you would like faster shipping, just convo me and I can get you a quote of how much the additional charge will be. I do not insure shipments unless requested, and cannot be responsible if your package gets lost, stolen, or damaged in the mail. So if you are concerned about this or if you have a large order, I would recommend that you convo me to purchase insurance for the package, which will be an additional charge. REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES: I do guarantee my work, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please convo me and I will see if there is anything I can do to remedy the situation. If we can't work anything out and you want to return it, you can ship the item back to me within 10 days, and when I have received it I will refund your money minus the shipping charges. If you buy an item and it should happen to break or need repair, you can ship it back to me and I will fix it free of charge, but you will be responsible for the shipping charges.
