I accept Paypal, Google Checkout, Amazon Payments, RME, personal checks with prior approval, postal money orders and cashiers checks. Personal checks will be held for 10 days before purchase is shipped. All other methods of payment allow purchases to ship within 1-2 days of receiving completed payment.
There are never any handling charges built into the shipping charges, and insurance is optional but recommended, especially on items over $40. I cannot be responsible for items after they leave my hands unless they are insured. Everything 13 oz. and under ships USPS First Class unless otherwise stated or requested by buyer. Heavier items ship most economical way unless buyer has a preference.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me so I can fix whatever is wrong. If that is not possible, I will accept returns or exchanges with shipping paid by buyer. My goal is deliriously happy customers who want to come back.
Custom requests are welcome; just let me know what you desire and Ill get to work on it. A 25% deposit is required on custom work.
